Approach/ 01
Speed requires structure.
A 10-business-day sprint isn't a deadline trick. It's a shape that forces three good decisions in a row (what to build, what to cut, what to ship) and refuses everything else.

Tenets/ 02
What we believe about shipping product.
Four principles that decide what we say yes to, what we cut, and what we mean by done.
One flow beats a platform.
Most product projects start too wide. Three modules, four integrations, six personas; every one of them sounds important on the kickoff call, and none of them ship in a usable state. The sprint refuses that shape. We pick the single flow that has to work (the booking, the dashboard, the intake, the agent) and build that thing properly. Everything else waits.
This isn't a constraint we're proud of. It's the constraint that makes the work work. Once one flow is live and used by real people, the next decision is grounded in data instead of slides. That's when scope can grow honestly.
Design and build, under one roof.
Splitting design and engineering across separate teams multiplies cost, calendar, and telephone-game. Specs go to Figma, Figma goes to a ticket, the ticket gets implemented two sprints later, the implementer asks “what did the designer mean here?” and the answer is a meeting. The handoff gap eats most of the velocity people think they're buying.
Pointline keeps both seats inside the studio. The hands that pick the layout write the component. The hands that scope the API design the form. There's no mid-sprint translation pass, because nothing needed translating. That's the shape that makes ten business days realistic. Not heroics, not cutting corners. Just removing the parts of the project that exist only to coordinate other parts of the project.
AI removes work. It doesn't remove judgment.
The honest answer about AI in product work is that it's useful for the parts of the job that are mechanical, and useless for the parts that aren't. It's great at the third draft, the boilerplate, the test fixture, the obvious refactor. It's bad at the call you make on day one, the call you make on day six, and the call you make at handoff. Those are judgment calls and they're what you're actually paying for.
We use AI exactly where it removes manual work. We don't use it where it would replace judgment. That's the line.
Done is a place, not a feeling.
A sprint ends with a thing that runs: deployed, signed off, used by someone. Not a Figma file with a launch flag. Not a staging URL nobody opens. Not “production-ready pending one more review.” The bar is whether a real user can complete the flow on day ten. If the answer is no, the handoff fee waives. If the answer is yes, we hand it off and name the next move.
The scoped pricing, the 30/70 split, and the sprint guarantee exist to back that bar. Predictability for both sides. No surprise invoices. No mid-sprint scope drag, just product that ships.
Risk reversal
Three stages, no surprise invoices.
Scoped after fit check, from $15,000. 30% deposit on signing, 70% on handoff. The guarantee covers the Sprint; Diagnostic and Embedded engagements run on shorter checkpoints with their own milestones.
01.
Fit-check, free.
20-min call. If the sprint isn't the right shape for the job, no invoice and no follow-up. We say so on the call.
02.
Day 2 exit, full refund.
After scoping and the first design pass, if the v1 we've aligned on doesn't feel right, we stop and refund the deposit.
03.
Day 10, ship-ready or no handoff fee.
If the v1 isn't usable at handoff, the back-end fee waives. The deposit covers our risk; the handoff fee covers yours.
Engagement shapes/ 04
One studio, three shapes.
The Sprint is the flagship. It isn't the only way to work with us.
Diagnostic
1 week · from $4,500
One paid week. Output: scoped product brief, clickable prototype, or scoped sprint plan. The right move when the product question is bigger than the build, or when a Sprint needs a clearer shape before it starts.
Product SprintFlagship
10 days · from $15,000
One important flow, designed and shipped end-to-end. Fixed fee, fixed timeline, three-stage guarantee. The shape we built this studio around.
Embedded Studio
Monthly · from $18,000/mo
Ongoing product execution. Sprints back-to-back, weekly ship cadence. For teams building the next several flows after a v1, or partner studios bringing us in on a longer engagement.
Ready when you are/ 06
Bring one flow that has to work.
Twenty-minute fit check. We'll tell you what fits a Sprint, what should be a Diagnostic, and what should wait.
