WeRlive does three different things well - strategic IT consulting, ventures support for early-stage founders, and tech recruiting - but their existing site flattened all three into a generic services list. Enterprise prospects couldn't quickly tell whether WeRlive matched their need; startup founders couldn't see the ventures track at all; candidates landed in the same funnel as everyone else.
